If you have a medication that needs to be refilled* and was prescribed by an AVIM doctor, please call our office between 9:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. (Monday through Friday only). For your pets safety, please contact us three days before the refill is needed to ensure adequate time for preparation and pick-up or delivery arrangements.
Filling of initial prescriptions and refills are normally done by the attending veterinarian. Sometimes this may be your primary veterinarian and sometimes it would be your doctor with AVIM, LLC.
*If your regular veterinarian is continuing care and monitoring of your pet's condition, then they are considered to be the attending veterinarian and are responsible for prescribing additional medications or refills.
